The program, created for Emory’s Advancement and Alumni Engagement division, uses a system to provide a curated list of potential mentors to those seeking one. It also offers employees the opportunity to add themselves to the database as mentors.
Connect More served as the anchoring project that led to the implementation of a series of self-improvement organizations and systems built around the idea of “MORE.” The direction chosen involved themes of navigation, travel, and discovery. The MORE programs help employees better themselves and others throughout their careers in the division.
